Without the death of Jesus on the cross we would not have a Savior. However, we have commercialized Christmas so much that it has become the most important Holy Day in the Christian Holy Days Calendar. No death, no resurrection! No resurrection, no receipt of the Holy Spirit. No Holy Spirit we cannot talk to God or hear His voice.
