True love is not a fleeting thing. It is unconditional and does not differentiate based on ethnicity or ancestry. I heard the craziest thing on the radio today. “Intolerance will not be tolerated!” Apparently, it is a policy on a campus somewhere in this nation. How about “Hate will not be tolerated” instead of intolerance. The Bible says ‘love your neighbor as you love yourself.’ Maybe the problem is our idea of love is limited by emotions and feelings, and reciprocation whereas, God simply said love your neighbor…I don’t see any conditions attached to that statement, do you? Our thought processes are so hampered by time and space that we cannot comprehend a love that lasts forever.
