I have to share with you how God moved in me today.
My sister’s mother-in-law is in the nursing home. She is nearing the end of the battle and she is ready. Friday we went to see her and I was moved by the Holy Spirit to pray for her. I stood behind her so that I could speak into her ear. She held on to both of my hands and did not want to let me go. My sister called this morning to let us know that they were calling the family in. After I dropped my nieces off I told my sister that I would stop by there. It was so strange to me that when I was there Friday, Ms. E. kept looking at me so strangely but then on the way back to Slaton, God told me that Ms. E. was not looking at me. She was looking at the light of Jesus that she could see in me. I almost lost it. I asked him to use me to help Ms. E. He told me to take my Bible in with me and she would tell me what she wanted or needed to hear. There were alot of the family there when I got there but my sister leaned over and told Ms. E. that I had come back. My sister told her, “See Ms. E. I promised you she was coming back!” Ms. E. kept trying to raise up to see me so the family stepped back to let me sit on the bed. She opened her eyes and smiled at me. I told her that God had sent me to pray for her. She asked me if I brought my Bible. I told her of course, that God had told me to be sure and bring it in but He would not tell me what you needed to hear. God told me that you would tell me what you needed to hear. Just as plain as day, she said, “John 3″. So I opened to John 3 and I asked her what verse she wanted me to start with. She said,”Just read”. So I started on verse 1. When I got to verse 6, she opened her eyes and smiled at me. But when I got to verse 15, she started squeezing my hand and God said in my heart….This is it, this is what she needed to hear. After I finished with verse 17 I looked up at her and I had such a lump in my throat I could hardly speak. I asked her, “That is what you needed to hear, wasn’t it?” She smiled at me and said yes. Well I want to tell you it is really hard to read out loud with that big a frog in your throat and tears running down your face. But I read all the way to verse 30 and she said,’ Ok, Wynette, that is enough. Thank you.” I promise you I will never never never forget this moment as long as I live. Thank you Father God for using this small insignificant human being to help that lady ease into the glory of Heaven. The nurses came in at about that time to clean her up and we had to leave the room. I also found out that Ms. E.’s granddaughter’s whole family has been following our blog daily. And she has 5 kids! And they all read it! I did not realize until several hours later, after talking with my sister on the phone, just how special that concept was. This young lady and her family were not even aware that it was me on the blog. They were reading it and did not realize that it was a family member that was writing those articles. How awesome is that?
This one I want to dedicate to Ms. E. It is ok, just let go.

I think in a way this has something to do with me, and I just have to find the time for letting go, thought I had, but it seems I haven’t.
