Good morning to everyone. Here is today’s prayer…

Dear Abba Father,

Thank you, Father God, for your constant presence in my life. Your understanding, might, and greatness are beyond any measurement device that humanity can conjure. Psalm 147:5 NKJV.

Abba, I can cry out to You at any time of the day and night, and behold You are there. Abba, imperfect though I am, I know that I can come before Your throne of mercy and grace to seek forgiveness, and it is instant. Not that I can habitually sin and take Your grace for granted, Abba, but I was conceived, born, and shaped in sin and iniquity. Psalm 51:5 NKJV.

Like King David, I am approaching the throne of grace this morning, and I give You thanks for forgiveness, and I praise Your name for the grace that the blood of Christ has afforded me. Abba, when I opened my eyes this morning, I knew that Your grace still abounded toward me, and Your abundant mercies are new every morning. Lamentations 3:22-23 NKJV.

Often, I find myself struggling with how to handle the actions of others that have brought about negative consequences. Abba, purge my mind and block anger and resentment from entering my soul. I am grateful that You are not like me, because I want sowing and reaping to take effect IMMEDIATELY when these things happen.

Thank You for grace, Abba. Your love for humanity is unconditional. I aspire to be more like You, to see myself as You see me, and to focus on You. Your guidance is my strength. Romans 5:8 NKJV.

I pray for a transformation in those burdened with negative emotions and cannot sleep. May they find peace, and may our community, including each one of us, thrive under Your protection, with each of us playing a spirit-filled and led part in its well-being. John 1:1 NKJV.

Abba, I praise You, and thank You, oh glorious Yahweh, because You are indeed great and merciful. This is the day that You have made, and we will gather today to worship You with our brothers and sisters, and as we engage in glorious praise to Your Holy Name, K pray that the Holy Spirit will descend and fill the sanctuary in such as way that NO ONE can ever say they did not experience the presence of Yahweh, in our corporate worship, space.  I pray this in the beautifully powerful name of Jesus, our El Shaddai, whose blood covers all my sins, and for which I am eternally grateful. Amen
