It is not common for man to avert temptation. If temptation results in sin, we have an “advocate” in Jesus Christ our Lord. The guilt and self condemnation associated with sin does not have to be your daily partner. Remember that “they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount upon wings like 🦅.” KJV
