Have you ever looked at the busyness of humanity? What? What does that have to do with no room for the Lord and His parents? Well, that appears to be the same thing today. Just stop for a minute and think about everything that you have seen and heard over the last month. How much time has been spent on giving the most precious gift that we could ever give to another human being? What am I talking about? How much time have we spent sharing the gift of life – eternal life – to people who are headed straight to hell because they do not know Jesus?
We have 24 hours in each day.
- Did we make room in that day to “be” Jesus to the least of these?
- Did we make room in our busy schedules to encourage a lonely person?
- Or stir up the gift within a person who is not sure how to serve, but more importantly did we make room in the last 24 hours to give Jesus a place in our day and or anyone else’s day?
No, He is not a baby anymore. We have been fooled into focusing on this little helpless baby and have forgotten that He is our risen Lord. The El Shaddai, our protector, our Savior, our deliverer, the most precious gift that God could give us. But when He gave us that gift He expected us to “pay it forward” so to speak and give it to others. Make room in your day today to stir up the gift and or share the gift with others. I will be joining you in that stirring and sharing. It is or most important service assignment from our Father.
