I cannot transform my mind to a thought process that resembles godliness. Only the Holy Spirit can. Conformity is easy – just do what the majority of humanity is doing and immediate social and political acceptance occurs. The thing is do I want societal acceptance or God’s grace? That is the price of the decision between being transformed by the renewing of my mind through the Scripture or conforming to societal norms.
Do you want to be transformed and become more Christlike or do you want to conform and become more like the majority? Transformed people are not the norm!
