You Are Not the Only One

Dear Abba Father,

As I embark on this day, I am reminded of Your call, Father God, to draw near to You. I understand that it is in this closeness that I find balance, calm, and a deep, abiding joy, regardless of the circumstances that may come my way. https://biblehub.com/psalms/73-28.htm Psalm 73:28

But as for me, it is good to draw near to God. I have made the Lord GOD my refuge, that I may proclaim all Your work. Thank You, Father, for Your unwavering presence in my life, especially as I strive to draw near to You now. Thank You, Abba, for the Holy Spirit, who not only leads me to know what actions I must take to accomplish Your will for my life today, but also works tirelessly on my behalf and guides me when unsure of what to do. Thank You, Jesus, my great intercessor, who stands in the gap and intercedes for me. Please bring intercessors and friends into my life to hold me up in prayer and to help me along the way. Furthermore, Father, I aspire to be an intercessory prayer warrior, offering prayers and interceding on behalf of those around me who are in need, both in their special circumstances and in their daily struggles. Abba, please bless and increase my times of prayer with You. Dear Abba, I pray that You will guide me and keep me from the evil of doubt and fear so that I may fulfill my purpose of blessing You and those around me. May my actions and words reflect Your love and grace. Father, I live for YOU. Everything I do is about my relationship with You and the joy it brings me to live in Your presence and for Your purpose.

Abba, nothing excites me more than knowing that a CHILD of Yours has decided they are coming to ‘the heart of worship and adoration. It makes me want to scream, ‘HALLELUJAH!’ Father God, I pray for every new believer in Christ baptized this week. I pray that everyone who comes from that water is a new creation. Hallelujah!! Holy Spirit, lead and protect them so that when the ‘waters of life’, the challenges and trials, come crashing over them, they will know when to use their ‘helmet of salvation’, their faith and trust in You, to protect them. Father, fill their cup with the power of the Holy Spirit so that it flows over and others can see that You are a fountain of love, and You flow for them and all of humanity. Bless their families, Abba.. make them a light in this dark world so that others may see the glory of Your grace glowing on their faces, and then others will be able to ask, “Why are you so different?” And they will have an answer. When they are asked that question, Father God, give them the words they should speak to lead that individual to You, so that they may also experience the joy their friend has, the love she experiences, and the abundant blessing that comes from knowing YOU.
