You Are Not the Only One

Dear Abba,

Your love, a force transcending my comprehension, is a constant source of security and comfort in my life. In a time when hope seems dim, I know that Your light is brighter than any darkness in my life or around this world. I am so thankful for Your Holy Word because it reminds me every day where my hope and future lie. Abba, I know that Your promises are Yes and Amen. We (Your Children) look to You for our hope today. We look forward to the future with You and give You the glory that only You deserve… “Therefore, we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. Lord, in the face of the painful afflictions on this Earth, I am reminded of the power of faith. Hallelujah! I know that we, Your people, can overcome these challenges with Your strength. As we enter the New Year, Lord, help us to:

• recognize You,
• glorify You and Your acts of deliverance,
• praise You when the enemy presses down on us,
• acknowledge that our bodies were designed by You, and only You can permanently fix them when they start to act up,
• bold go where others have not gone to declare Your,
• gospel message to the unchurched
• lift up our brothers and sisters when their bodies start to fail them or when they are discouraged.

Yahweh, please open our ears so we may recognize Your voice and notice how You are at work in our lives… John 10:27
