HERE IS TODAY’S PRAYER…

Dear Father God,

I join with your people in Heaven and on the Earth to proclaim…

“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain.” Revelation 5:12

Worthy is my Lord Jesus, the Lamb who lovingly and obediently sacrificed his life to redeem me from eternal separation from Yahweh and gives me hope for today and every day. My heart rejoices in worship of my Savior, my Lord, and my Friend Jesus.

I love how John the Baptist put the people on notice that the long-awaited Messiah had come, Father. He said,

“Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” John 1:29

I am so thankful that you took away my sins and gave me your Holy Spirit to fill me daily and keep me connected to the throne of Grace. Lord, thank you for placing me into a family with billions of seekers following Your directive to seek, and they found You. As we approach the time of corporate worship, remind all of us that the seeking was not just about us hearing and doing what the Holy Spirit told us to do. It is also about looking out for other seekers who have yet to connect themselves to the body of worship. Lord, send them to us. Whispering into their ears, “I know a healing place where the doctor is willing to take care of you. They want to show you that the love of God has found you!”

“Jesus answered and said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.” Luke 5:31 NKJV

Father, thank You for healing my spirit. Lord, as the Holy Spirit whispers, we continue to seek out Your will and Your way into our lives.

“Seek the LORD while He may be found. Call upon Him while He is near.” Isaiah 55:6

Thank You for leading us to build our lives upon Your secure and protective rock, as Jesus taught us.

“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.” Matthew 7:24-25
