Hebrews 1:3 ‘“Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;”
We know that he is God, yet he has divested himself of his power and majesty and suffered for our sins. Are we willing to do that for people who HATE us? It is the most precious gift that anyone could give another…that of giving their life for someone – let alone someone who hates them. He sustains ALL life, that is, every form of life that exists in the universe–stars, rocks, nebulae, people, plants, bugs, etc., YET he sits at the right hand of his father and says, “Forgive Joyce – she is just a little upset today-she knows not what she is doing – etc.,” BUT more powerfully the father says, “She is forgiven because you gave your all for her!” Are you thankful for that forgiveness? Are you willing to share your freedom with others?
