Who is in charge of this train wreck? July 5, 2011

Well I guarantee it was not me. I thought I was in charge, but humans can be very self-deceiving can’t we? No matter how many times I read this phrase—STOP, BREATHE AND LET GOD BE GOD. For some reason I just could not grasp the concept. Even though I have done it a gazillion times, this time I convinced my self that I could fix this. When the battle becomes spiritual and not flesh, THAT is when we have to turn loose and let God do what He does best. Even pastors, preachers, evangelists, evangelists and even prayer warriors have the same battles that we simple people do everyday. But if you stay in the Word, live in the Word, breathe in the Word, you can avoid the mind and body destruction that occurs when we think we are smarter than God. There are certain battles that we can assist in. ASSIST not rule. But these are all battles of the flesh. In Isiah 54:17 (KJV) God tells us:
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.
James 4:7 (JKV) Therefore, I submit to God, I resist the Devil and he must flee!
