You Are Not the Only One

I received a great blessing today even though I was not aware that I needed one. Well actually I had several blessings today. I had a family member give a me a huge blessing and then when I returned home, Satan tried to derail my blessing but just as it is written, Satan is a liar (John 8:44). And NO weapon formed against me shall prosper (Is 54:17). The electricity in my house was going berserk, lights going real dim and then really bright, TV going off and on. My niece had already unplugged and turned off everything she could find. You would think my first thought would be to call an electrician, right? But it wasn’t. Instead I called Excel Energy and they sent some one out and they got here within 20 minutes. That is a miracle in itself. lol When I went outside to see if they had arrived, he had already raised the lift and checked out the wiring and equipment at the pole. I asked him what his verdict was….knowing full well if it was on the house I was going to be in big trouble (translation to that….BIG MONEY). He told me no ma’am it is in our portion and I will have it fixed before I leave here. I just about sat down right there and cried. Instead I put my head down and thanked our Father with all of my heart.
When the serviceman finished the work he told me that it was very fortunate that I called when I did. I asked him why and he told me that the one ground wire (I am not sure what it was called) was broken in two and he could not figure out how that would have happened. But when that happened it caused one of the main lines going straight into the house to completely melt. The other main line had a huge short in it that had melted the insulation and burned the wire completely through. He told me if we had waited even 12 hours to call, the house would have probably been on fire. I told him it was a God thing pure and simple. He grinned at me and agreed.

So even though you do not know you are in need of God’s guiding hands, He knows what you need even before you do and takes care of it. All you need to do is: Stop trying to pilot this plane and let God be God. He does a much better job than you or I could ever hope to do.
